We manufacture wood door frames made specifically to accept our iron products. Each joint uses a combination of glue, screws, and a wood tenon that is much stronger than the standard tongue and groove found on most prep for insert doors. You may order your doors unfinished or finished (please see finishing section). It is possible to install our iron panels in standard prep for glass or insert doors, however we strongly recommend that the joints of the door be strengthened to hold the weight. You may call us for assistance with this anytime. We also recommend a minimum of 4 hinges per door when installing our iron panels. We offer hinges in our doors. Please specify the overlay you need.
