- Disclaimer: Our products are made from natural woods and/or iron. Due to the by hand manufacture processes, variances and/or inconsistencies in products are not considered defects. Our products dimensions will be +/- 1/16”.We strive for complete customer satisfaction; if a product does not meet your expectations please let us know.
- We prefer that you purchase iron products with the matching wood products that we offer (which are from our partner companies or we manufacture). However if you have a particular wood product you would like our ironwork for you may provide us with the manufacturer or send us an example and we can probably fit our iron to it.
- We can make our products to fit most prep for glass doors made, however we advise that additional structural bracing be done and additional hinges be added. We will be glad to help you with this over the phone.
- Panels will be made to dimensions you provide. Please allow for clearance room in your measurements. Our products dimensions will be +/- 1/16".
- You may order ironwork attached to wood products or separate (for finishing).
- We will ship all products quickly as possible. Some items may take 4-6 weeks before shipment.
- Wood products will be shipped standard unfinished unless you ask for finishing. Iron products will be shipped standard black unless you specify otherwise (you may order iron products unfinished. Subtract 10%). Finishing can be done with most common name brand stains & paints. For custom match colors we require a sample of the color. Once we have a match for your color we will keep it on file for you so that samples for that color will not be necessary for future orders. All colorants applied to wood will be coated with clear conversion vanish (satin) unless requested otherwise.
- We can make custom wood doors & frames for iron panels. If you need hinges please specify what overlay your will need.
- For Iron panels with arches we will need a template of the shape you desire.
